An Useful & Solid Morning & Evening Routing Including Yoga ; Exercises ; workouts; Gym can only help all to decompress, Improve & Enhance Mental health, which in turn Empower you to generate fruitful & Effective journey of whole day.

After Studying so, many Books, Articles & magazines, I concluded that a useful daily Routine with a fully calibrated Mechanism For Taking Advantages & Limited Resources; Time with absolute will power; self Discipline; Optimistic approach can Transform one person’s mental Energy Level and helps stave off the Tyranny of Moods.

A well Designed Life is a Life that is generative. It should be constantly creative, productive, changing all of your Moods according to swings of Nature, as season changes, all the glory of environment changes accordingly & also Evolving. There should have scope & all possibilities Of Twists & surprise.

You must be careful while Facing & accepting all sorts of challenges. All sorts Of Negativity may Try to Disturb You & influence you, but you must be careful & keep guards within yourself to overcome from it & always be positive in Thoughts, in actions & in all spheres of life. To make yourself of such kind of thinking, belief, action, requires to follow everyday Morning after woke up to before going to bed, some effective & useful Routing, i.e. Morning Yoga, workouts & some days of week going to Gym.

“YOGA” in which after your involvement & regular practice in Morning session , will transform your Mind, health to build a Joyful charming Life.

If at all any mental agony, unrest, tension develops in you, all will be removed through “YOGA”, Meditation etc through your activity in morning & Evening.

The Biggest Problem to many people’s is that they put up Excuses, Logic that they could not find time to pursue all these yoga, workouts, Gym etc. & with these useless logic, those people’s actually Loosing Golden Essences of their Life’s & Missing out to Build A “Well-Lived Joyful Life”.

Striking a Balance & usefully Utilization of your Quality Time, Attention & Energy to perform every day’s Routine scheduled works, can really help you to remain absolute Tension Free Mind, sound Health, which will Lead you to achieve every day’s works to complete peace fully & successfully, which in turn Leads you to become Successful person also in the Long Run & will influence your personal Life, Your works, Your Career will Enlightened all towards Success.

Make Habits Everyday that after Returning to home from your regular Routine work & assignments, take rest with proper dietary foods & drinks, spent some time to watch Television programs, or, Listening songs. All because of Your Relaxation of both body & mind.

Next Arrange to sit for “ Meditation & Pranayam etc”in The Evening.

Make The Room Light Dim, No Sound Should Come. Sit Properly & Start “ Pranayam” & Do it For At Least for 20min. If Possible, You can make it 30 min.also later. After Pranayam is Over, take 2 min. rest. Next to start Meditation i.e. Dhyan, where You will concentrate totally to a objective, may be any religion oriented Lord, or, Guru, or, even You can make it keeping one fixed immovable object as a medium, then close your eyes. Try initially to start from 5 min. & go on increasing time, as much you can.

All These Good Habits, practices will Turn Your Life all Negativity into Positive atmosphere, will create great Impact on your mind, body & soul. Next Magic of Transformation will generate in your Life’s all Activity

Read Different Books, Magazines, Different Articles as per your Choice. All These will Generate Huge Knowledge with you. All These Gyan i.e.Knowledge etc. will make your & all people’s connected with your Life Filled with Joy, Happiness.

In The Concluding Stage, I Like To Mention, If Anybody Follow All These Excellent Practices & Implement In their Lives, Then No Missery, sufferings can Touch Your Body & Heart. Always You will Remain In Smiling Face & Will Inspire Others To Live With That Magical Transformation with Peace.
